Join local healer and activist Veronica Gordon Crooks for a discussion of the history and condition of Afro-Caribbean Traditional Medicine in Costa Rica, from her family and community’s history to the work she does today to maintain the healing culture of her ancestors. Followed by a cooking class and shared meal.
