In this modern life of stress and speed we will learn to slow down and center ourselves again.
Pranayama, breathing techniques and Meditation will be used as tools to rebalance, ground, open and expand.
What is prana – slow and fast breathing techniques – asanas to work the respiratory capacity – meditation techniques to rebalance the energy
Asana practice in the morning 1.30 hour
August 29th: 10am-1pm and 3pm-5pm
August 30th: 10am-1pm

50$ entry fee for locals (Puerto Viejo)
70$ entry fee for the 2-days workshop
