Sacred Warrior Boxing Series

When we realize our power, we can relax and be more at peace with ourselves and the world around us. Tap into your instinct, intuition and heighten awareness of your surroundings through dynamic boxing and meditative exercises. Developed by Sacred Warrior founder and former fighter, Vanessa Chakour, Sacred Warrior Boxing is taught as both and internal and external martial art. Like other martial arts, boxing can help us tune in, access our power, heighten awareness and synchronize our mind with movement. Participants will learn professional boxing skills, combined with elemental and sensory meditation exercises to create balance within and access more of the power they have always had.
