Pre and Post Natal Yoga with Molly

Empower yourself with yoga to build strength in the legs, core and pelvic floor and to practice calm, restorative postures. Focus on breathing, connecting to the womb and nurturing the body through it’s changes preparing for and recovering from birth. No experience needed. Please bring a towel.
3 mil / class or 10 mil package of 4 classes. All welcome
