Hatha Flow Yoga with Molly

For advanced beginners & intermediate yogis. Starting with energy balancing through pranayama and a gentle warm up, moving into Vinyasa flow with attention to proper alignment, core strengthening & conscious movement, finishing with longer held stretches to promote flexibility and release of muscle tension, and ending with meditation and deep relaxation.
