The use of intention\, then\, is a revelation in how we interact with ourselves and our experiences.\nIn this workshop\, there will be a brief introduction to the history\, science\,  and practice of shamanism\, specifically core shamanism\, and several journeys into the shamanic state of consciousness – you will learn how to use drums and shakers to enter into the realm of spirit\, find your spirit guide\, and journey for yourself and others.
