INTERNATIONAL  WORKSHOPS  with Rachel Thomas

Rachel offers workshops on Caribbean and Latino Traditional Medicine, healing with plants, cultural sustainability and community development. Together with her team at Hidden Garden in Costa Rica, Rachel has created a wellness traditions sanctuary, using community gardening to preserve local medicinal plants and the local knowledge that surrounds them.

With more than 18 years living in the rainforest, native New Yorker Rachel Thomas works passionately to infuse modern lives with ancestral healing experiences. She is a Holistic Health Counselor, certified by the American  Association of Drugless Practitioners and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
